How We Work
Camaraderie from near and far. AIM is a 100% remote team but this doesn’t hold us back from building bonds! One of the rarely talked about benefits of working in a remote team is that you have complete control over your workspace! In a traditional office space, you’re forced to work in a one-size-fits-all environment. When you work on a remote team, your workspace is completely up to you. This allows you to flow in your ideas, have the space to think in your best environment, and be surrounded by the things that inspire you most.
Our Culture

We communicate asynchronously, work autonomously, and take ownership of our work. We believe in empowering our people to embrace innovation and a growth mindset.
