She brings experience in client relations, negotiation, strategic implementation, project management, and problem-solving to the AIM team. She also understands that building a successful client relationship depends on trust and open communication.

Let’s check in with Zana and see how she’s doing in her role at AIM.

Question: What inspired you to join AIM?

Answer: What drew me to AIM is its inspiring female CEO, Sarah Bundy. She has so much knowledge of the industry and a passion for creating the best agency in the affiliate and partner marketing space with the best value proposition. Her drive and laser-focused attention to excellence show in her creation. I knew I wanted to be part of that growth and learn from the best in the industry.

Question: Which of AIM’s Core Values (Delight, Innovate, Grow, and Giveback) aligns most with your own?

Answer: I deeply resonate with all of AIM’s core values. However, if I had to pick one, I would have to pick Innovate, as it is with great excitement to be part of this team’s innovative processes. They are continually investing in new technologies and strategizing new ways to approach data to continue to improve the overall efficiency and quality of their service.

Question: In the beginning, what was your first impression of AIM?

Answer: I have never met such a genuinely kind and welcoming group of people. Everyone is so supportive, and they go out of their way to help you settle in. There is a lot of focus on a healthy company culture here, which makes working here so pleasant.

Question: What aspect of your job excites you most? Why?

Answer: Aside from getting to work with fun and intelligent people who I’m learning so much from, I love how there is never a dull moment at AIM. There are always new projects to work on, new programs to learn, new strategies to create, and new people to meet. It keeps every day full of unexpected excitement.

Question: Now that you’ve been with AIM for a while and have settled into your role, what are some goals you have for the next 30 days for yourself?

Answer: I plan to continue putting my best work forward, collaborating with new team members on new projects, and learning new things along the way.
